Meet Our Team

My name is Adhara Duran, and I am the Director at Key Point Academy Aventura. I am originally from Venezuela and have been living in the United States for over 15 years. I am happily married and blessed with a wonderful two-year-old son. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, traveling, and most importantly, spending quality time with my family.

I have a Bachelor’s in International Affairs and Political Science and a Master’s in Early Childhood Education. I began my journey in education in 2016, initially working as a teacher assistant in the classroom and later gaining experience in various administrative positions.

My mission is to create a safe, nurturing, and high-quality environment where every child can develop the social, emotional, and academic skills they need to thrive. It is a privilege to witness their growth firsthand, as they turn learning into practice while achieving new milestones.

I am honored to be part of this vibrant school community and I am deeply committed to working alongside our families and staff to support every child’s individual journey.
