Meet Our Team

My name is Michelle Bussie and I am the proud Director of Key Point Academy Aventura. I am originally from Seattle and was raised between Seattle and British Columbia (Canada). I am blessed to be the mommy of a ten-year-old son, nine-year-old daughter and 4-month-old daughter. Spending time with my family is always a priority and I also enjoy reading, fitness, the beach and all things Disney.

I have been in the Early Childhood industry for almost twenty years and have been a Director for fifteen years of my career. I received my Master’s in Education Leadership from the University of Miami and hold an Advanced Directors Credential and maintain an active teaching certificate in the state of Florida.

At Key Point Academy Aventura, our goal is to work as a team to build the best foundation for your child’s education and development. We focus on allowing children to grow and learn in unique and fun ways while exploring their own creativity and meeting individual milestones. We strive to provide a safe and nurturing environment where our staff will feel like family.
